The client came to us wanting to launch, online, a new property development company in Cyprus, Limassol. The company needed everything from branding, to design, strategy, development and printwork. Our team took care of everything that was required, in-house, from start to finish. 

From creating a brand package to running ads on the website, Absolute Websites curated the perfect online approach for AMY Group. The website is currently live and generating leads, helping the client to sell properties across Limassol. 

Since we started working with AMY Group, they have grown from 1 development project to 4 (with more planned), including a 49-unit complex of apartments and maisonettes.

Becoming Competitive in a Saturated Market

As every resident of Limassol knows, there are many property developers around, and the market is highly saturated. We were posed with the challenge of creating a brand and website that is recognisable, easy-to-use and effective in the industry.

With the ever-increasing competition, it was important to deliver a website and brand that users could resonate with and choose over the many other property developers.

From strategy to User Experience and Advertising

The initial approach for this project was to create a brand name and a feeling that would be recognisable and would resonate with locals across Cyprus. The client also needed a system whereby he could maintain and update the status of apartments. We would also need to create a property listing system with sufficient data fields to display a lot of property information for the best user experience. The idea was to create a consistent online brand, that would also look good in print format for print advertising, with a user-friendly website both for potential customers and admins.

Affordable Luxury – Real Estate Website

We landed on the tagline “Affordable Luxury” which creates a sentiment that appeals to locals across Cyprus, allowing residents to be a part of modern projects within their budgets. We created a brand that can be widely applied across all media types, online and offline, producing print work for brochures, billboards and expos while also keeping a nice consistent look and feel across the website.

The website is highly dynamic, with a database of stored property information that is displayed on the frontend to the user. A system was created that also allows admins to easily change/update/edit information and the status of each property. The website continues to provide many leads organically and via Google Ads, providing a healthy ROI.
